Ananda Meditation Group - this weekly gathering focuses on Ananda meditation, yoga and spiritual fellowship. Group will usually include such activities as Meditation, Yoga Postures, Sadhana, Prayer, Chanting, Energization Exercises and the study of Paramahansa Yoganda and Swami Kriyayanda.
